Storytelling at the Museum—Let’s Make a Difference

Storytelling at the Museum—Let’s Make a Difference
Event on 2015-05-15 00:00:00

Even the smallest person can make a difference in the world.
Come hear how!

These programs engage our youngest visitors and their families in historic objects and museum settings by using traditional and contemporary storybooks. Children will also enjoy a hands-on craft or other activity. Each 45-minute session is FREE. This program is recommended for children ages 2-5. Kids only! Adults welcome with children. Check with the Ticket Desk for gallery locations upon arrival. Storytelling Workshops are open from 10am to 12:30pm on Saturdays through the end of March. Storytelling will still take place at 10:30am, but join us before or after storytelling to play with puppets, make crafts, build a puzzle or escape to the rainbow retreat to read stories on your own.
